In this video we find out which Norris Nut can do the best make up look. Each Norris Nut be assigned a certain make up look to recreate. The make up challenge will be judged by James Charles. The Norris Nuts do a challenge to determine the budget for their make up shopping. There is a skateboard challenge to determine the money and the Norris Nuts go surfing. Then the buy the make up with online shopping. Once they find out James Charles is the judge they get busy on their make up looks and submit a video to James to judge.
