In this video I am going to be showing you how to make #potatoes O'Brien. This #recipe is so versatile, you can add any kind of #peppers and #onions you have on hand or even a combination! You could even take it a step further and add other veggies and even cheese is you'd like! This is a great recipe to make when you have a lot of little odds and ends of things in your fridge that need to get used up, throw some eggs on top and you've got one great meal! Potatoes O'Brien:
2 russet potatoes
1 cup assorted peppers
1/4 large red onion
1 Tsp chicken bouillon
1 Tsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp butter
one serving of love!
