It is situated along Towner Road, overlooking Central Expressway. It is also located next to the Whampoa Sports-in-Precinct facility that is planned to be completed in 2025.
The development comprises 2 residential blocks that are 25 and 40 storeys in height with 316 units. It also includes 1 multi-storey car park with rooftop garden and a childcare centre.
