Serial lier and unprofessional is how Lawyer Fred Ngatia describes Justice Joseph Mutava when he appeared before the Mutava tribunal. Ngatia had registered complains against the judge who he said told lies about him when he appeared before the Judicial Service Commission sub-committee.
Ngatia demanded for an apology from the judge before the tribunal and as Ken Mijungu reported the lawyer was also put to his defence against some of his allegations in his witness statement.
