In this session, I explore one of the most overlooked aspects of manifestation: the biology of stress and its direct impact on our ability to create the life we want. Manifestation isn’t just about vision boards, affirmations, or goal-setting; it’s about the state of being we bring into every moment.
While our ancestors faced physical threats, today’s stressors (emails, deadlines, traffic etc.) trigger the same fight-or-flight response. This constant activation drains creativity, reduces problem-solving ability, and pulls us away from the elevated emotions like gratitude and joy that fuel true manifestation.
To shift out of survival mode, I introduce simple yet powerful tools for calming the nervous system and resetting the brain. Breathing practices, meditation, and one especially transformative technique - EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) - deactivate stress responses and restore balance.
I encourage participants to use tapping daily, especially in the evenings when the brain naturally relaxes, allowing subtle but lasting changes in energy and focus to take root. With regular practice, tapping becomes more than stress management - it becomes a way of aligning with inspiration, maintaining energy, and unlocking the creativity that makes manifestation possible.
Because in the end, circumstances don’t matter as much as your state of being.
When you reset your energy, you reset your reality.
