Описание: In this coach-led CTEDU Workshop, coaches Meghan Raftery and LouAnne Metzger explore the ways that educators can benefit from coaching, and how we can better support educators through the power of Ikigai. The Japanese concept of Ikigai roughly translates into your reason for being, and is our framework used today for helping educators set goals, identify and explore pathways, and develop a sense of agency.
