North West Community health workers are calling on the Department of Health to employ them permanently.
This comes after the Labour Court in Johannesburg ruled earlier this year, that they should be employed as permanent government employees.
The community health workers in the province have been working as temporary employees since the inception of the programme.
They say following the ruling they have been engaging the department in the province but nothing has come of it.
