Kaletepe, Aladağlar’ın çıkışı kolay sayılabilecek zirvelerinden biri. Zirveye elinizi kayay bile değdirmeden çıkabilirsiniz.
Kaletepe’nin yüksekliği 2000 metre (Bazı haritalar yaksekliğin 2200 metre olduğunu söylüyor.)
Kaletepe’ye klasik rotası Güney yüzü. Tırmanış güneyden yapalıyor.
Çıkış süresi ortalama 2 saat,
İniş süresi ortalama 1 saat.
Tırmanış aşamaları,
Martı Deresi Köyü’nden kiralanan bir araçla veya özel araçla, Sarımemedler kamp alanına ulaşılıyor.
Sarımemedlerden yürüyüşe başlanıp, önce Emli Ormanı’na giriliyor.
Orman, patika yollardan diklemesine tırmanılıyor.
Yükselirken, Cıngıllıbeşik ile Kaletepe arasındaki kulvara girmek gerekiyor.
Emli Ormanı bittikten sonra, Kaletepe Sırtı’na ulaşılıyor.
Sırt hattını takip ederek, Kaletepe’nin ana kütlesine yaklaşık 20 dakikada tırmanılıp, zirveye ulaşılıyor.
Dağın inişi ters taraftaki Mangırcı Vadisi’nden de yapılabilir.

Kaletepe Kuzey Duvarı ve Kuzey Bacası çıkışı, duvar tırmanışçılarının sıklıkla tercih ettiği bir duvar.
Kuzey Bacası 125 metre ve 3 ip boyu….
3+, 4+ ve 5 zorluğunda.
Kaletepe Kuzey Duvarı çıkışı yaklaşık 150 metre.
3+, 4+ zorluğunda…
Rota başlangıcından zirve yaklaşık 4 saat sürüyor.

This video describes Cenk Ertekin's summit hike to Aladağlar-Kaletepe Mountain on May 23, 2021.

Kaletepe is one of the peaks of Aladağlar that can be considered easy to climb. You can reach the summit without even touching the rock. The elevation of Kaletepe is 2000 meters (Some maps say the approximation is 2200 meters.)

The classic route to Kaletepe is the South side. The ascent is from the south.
The average exit time is 2 hours,
The average landing time is 1 hour.

Climbing Stages,

You can reach Sarımemedler camping area by a rental car or a private vehicle from Martı Deresi Village.
The hike starts from Sarımemeds and first enters the Emli Forest.
The forest is climbed vertically from the paths.
While ascending, it is necessary to enter the lane between Cıngıllıbeşik and Kaletepe.
After the Emli Forest is finished, Kaletepe Ridge is reached.
By following the ridge line, the main mass of Kaletepe can be climbed in approximately 20 minutes and the summit is reached.
The descent of the mountain can also be done from the Mangırcı Valley on the opposite side.

Kaletepe North Wall and North Chimney exit is a wall often preferred by wall climbers.
North Chimney 125 meters and 3 rope lengths.
In 3+, 4+ and 5 difficulty.
Kaletepe North Wall exit is approximately 150 meters. 3+, 4+ difficulty.
From the start of the route to the summit, it takes about 4 hours.
