We’ll start with a quick recap of some words from Lesson 2, then move on to a brand-new word:
mais — but (pronounced meh)
You’ll also discover a handy French pronunciation tip:
👉 Consonants at the end of words are usually silent, except for C, R, F, and L — which you can remember with the word CaReFuL.
Examples:
sac → “sak” (bag)
pour → “poor” (for)
boeuf → “beuf” (beef)
normal → “nor-mal” (normal)
By the end of this lesson, you’ll be able to say:
➡️ C’est délicieux mais ce n’est pas très bon pour moi.
(It is delicious but it isn’t very good for me.)
