Recipes:

Ali’s Watermelon & Strawberry cooler
No real measures just what you have.
Ripe watermelon
A handful of frozen strawberries (no need to add ice if using frozen fruit)
A couple of fresh mint leaves
Add cold water and blitz up and serve. The perfect refreshing drink in the hot weather.

Nesh’s Super Green Smoothie - this is a great green smoothie to add to your
diet in general not just for summer. It’s an easy way of upping your daily in take of greens and also makes a filling on-the-go breakfast or mid morning snack.

Frozen spinach (can be found in the frozen veg section at the supermarket)
Mango (fresh or frozen)
Coconut water
Coconut milk
Cashew butter (or any other nut butter of preference)
