Описание: This is a recreation of the Dies Irae from Mozart’s Requiem, adapted to the sound style of the Game Boy Color using its characteristic sound palette.

The Dies Irae is written in D minor and represents one of the most intense and dramatic moments of the entire work. From the very beginning, the music bursts in with a violent, almost relentless energy, evoking the terror and grandeur of the Day of Judgment described in the liturgical text. The rhythm is urgent, the orchestral figures are sharp and incisive, and the choir enters with a force that completely breaks the restrained solemnity of the previous movements.

Here, Mozart builds a turbulent and electrifying texture. The choral voices surge forward over an agitated orchestral foundation, creating a constant sense of instability, as if the very ground were trembling under the weight of divine judgment. Strong accents and rapid rhythmic figures reinforce this feeling of controlled chaos and extreme drama.

Unlike the structured supplication of the Kyrie or the introspection of the Introitus, the Dies Irae does not invite contemplation, but strikes directly with its emotional intensity.
