As with The Final Flame, this song has had it's absurd ott compression almost completely removed.
Also do not expect this to be more intense than the original, in fact expect it to be less intense, since i changed the purpouse of this track as a transition between phase i & iii.

When Lucifer was discovered by the lesser angels, he used his power to convince them of the world's imperfection. And showed them the potential that laid within them.

In the end, in spite of all his efforts, Lucifer was imprisioned.
Out of fear, for the power to manipulate the souls of the mortals and the lesser, the greater angels of The Heavens realized a dangerous plan.
A volitile construct of immense power was concived to imprision the treacherous one. And the task of keeping this Abyss at bay was given to Hell Itself.

In the Heart of this prision, Lucifer awaited. Tortured, In perpetual agony, he was forced to watch visions from the outside.

After 10000 years of pain passed by, all meaning has left his mind. He desires nothing more than the elimination of himself and every other angel.

To let himself be used as a catalyst for the transformation and rebirth of mankind."

Strategy:
"Unlike Lucifer, who mearly uses tricks and mirages to distract the opponent, The Herald will use souls of the damned as enviormental dangers.
It is best to kill them before too many spawn, as they do not despawn naturally and will make the arena less navigable over time,
though it is also important to note that these summons have reduced blood supplies that make them suboptimal for healing.

After The Herald sustains enough damage, it will begin summoning the souls while performing it's other attacks.
At this point other machines will be summoned into the arena to help you. These machines will not attack the player and will focus on The Heralds summons instead.
They can also be killed in a pinch to restore health."

Now that the two remasters are out, let me yap a little about some thing.

I kind of hate mixing. It is the most important part of music production, yet it quite annoying to do. I have made around 10 different versions of this track (and 5 for sin) and none of them sound excactly like i want them to without making big compromises to the mix.
I feel like ultrakill has somehow cursed my ability to mix properly, to the point that the quality of the mixes have dropped from "good" to really bad, it's took me since then until now to relearn it. I've also officialy spent close to 40 hours on the project file for this track, and half of that time was me tweaking the knobs and tweaking in general.

anyway, over with this tangent. i just wanted to lay out some of my thoughts since i don't do that as often anymore.
