Day 2 of incorporating and getting back into a healthy lifestyle: Consistency.
Wanted to give my legs a rest day, so went for a long walk instead. Still hit the same goals, so its another one in the books!
"Sometimes we may stumble away, and miss certain goals for the day.
Many will say,
"It's just one day, I'll do it again tomorrow.".
1 day will become 2,
2 days will become 4,
and next thing you know, you have 1 week worth of EXCUSES on your hands.
Just cause you did not do it at the start, does not mean you should not do it until the end of the day.
You can switch it up for another similar activity, achieve the same goal.
What Matters is CONSISTENCY.
Consistency is KEY to achieve success.
So find time to hit your daily goals.
A day has 24 hours for a reason.
Be CONSISTENT."
