Описание: Blades should be changed as often as necessary. That could be every couple of weeks, monthly or ever couple of months. Just check the sharpness with your finger and if they are getting dull, change them. Don't get cheap on replacing blades, it will cost you in the long run because you will be serving your customers sub par ice cream and you will be wearing on your motors.
