We're deep into the build process, and it’s safe to say we’ve got more parts scattered around than we have assembled. This year, we’re taking on five additional Yamaha builds, and while I always promise myself I won’t take on more, they keep multiplying!

Join me as we dive into the intricacies of the 2002 YZ250 we're prepping for Carson Brown to race at VMXdN Foxhill. We'll discuss some of my favourite powder coat tricks and tips, and I’ll explain why Carson is opting for a steel frame instead of an alloy one for the event.

I also share which engine component I’m taking to the States with me, the reasoning behind it, why we leave the tank fitting to the very end, and the essential Carb 101 tip for those curious.
