My Riskiest Stealth Camp on The North Downs Way 5

Описание: Well, the North Downs Way continues to throw a few surprises at me. After the horror show that was the Dunton Green section, this day had a bit of everything: lovely fields, weirdly shop-less villages full of tea rooms, and landowners trying to block a national trail!

Then the heavens opened. A two-hour detour in the pouring rain to Borough Green for what I hoped would be fish and chips turned into a mission, complete with splishings from passing cars on a busy road. After all that, and having to cross the M20, I was knackered and just needed to get my head down.

I ended up in Trosley Country Park, which I knew had rangers, so I had to get inventive. I found a spot behind a collapsed tree and went full-on DIY, building a hide to keep the tent out of sight.

The big question is, did it work? You'll have to watch to see if I got away with it.
