The ANC is to remove the North West Women's League deputy secretary, Bitsa Lenkopane, from its provincial candidate's list.
Lenkopane has been convicted of fraud and assault.
She is number eleven on the list for the provincial legislature.
The ANC has been criticised for including several controversial names in its list of candidates to become national MPs.
And not it's emerged that a convicted criminal appears at number 11 on the North West provincial list. The ANC National Executive Committee says it plans to write to the IEC to change that list.
But what about Kwazulu-Natal - where the Harry Gwala mayor Mluleki Ndobe, who has been arrested in connection with the murder, appears at number 3. To discuss we're joined by the ANC acting national spokesperson, Dakota Legoete.
