More time here, so I make a little bit more progress. We get to meet Captain Rottingham, the other barber pirate Haggis and then go for a walk to meet the actor Slappy Cromwell and then briefly visit Blondebeard's chicken shop, although he throws you out straight away. Also I got scammed by Kenny's lemonade stand.
Exploring of Puerto Pollo done, I basically attempt the things I can remember straight away, namely how to get rid of Captain Rottingham and grab the scissors, and how to best Edward VanHelgen in a duel. I do also remember that I need a rubber tree to beat Haggis at the caber toss, maybe the scissors do that bit? Also not sure right now where to get a ship, or get Cut Throat Bill to come aboard. However Slappy does tell give you a pretty good clue about how to get the map, but it does mean getting into the Brimstone Beach Club, which I can't remember how to do yet.
I finish out heading to Danjer Cove to try and get Elaine back and end up in the snake. Getting out of it will be for next time.
