Awakened in a perfectly legal camp spot by a sniffing dog and Crooked Idaho Cops abusing their authority
*No probable cause
*Illegal search and seizure
*No traffic stop
*Sniff dog wandering around parking area off leash when police didn’t notice it get back out of their vehicle
*Illegal Citation issued
*Illegal warrantless and no permission search of my home
*Illegal search of my purse with no warrant or permission
Dirty Idaho Coppers making illegal stops to boost they’re work log and accreditation in hopes the victims won’t call for a hearing
When I asked what the probable cause was, the Sheriff’s Deputy responded that the Sheriff directed and instructed deputies to go to all hot springs because some people (not me or my friends) use ILLEGAL substances in the presence of families whom are in the pools with them and the Sheriff ordered them to arrest people.
THAT’S NOT PROBABLE CAUSE, THAT’s ILLEGAL ABUSE OF AUTHORITY!
I’m going to see what the DA says about it
