In this gentle pregnancy yoga practice, we focus on supportive movements, breathwork and simple positions that may help ease heartburn and acid reflux during pregnancy, while creating more space in the upper body.
This prenatal yoga class is suitable from 14 weeks onwards and is designed to support common pregnancy symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion and digestive discomfort.
The intention is simple: create space, soften tension, and allow your body to relax — reconnecting with yourself and your baby.
Move slowly. Listen to your body. Trust your rhythm. And always consult your midwife or healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
You already know what to do -I gently hold space for you as you move through this beautiful, changing season.
