Описание: Freezing water in a vacuum chamber: Liquid boils when the vapour pressure of the liquid is equal to the pressure exerted on it. When pressure on a liquid is reduced the vapour pressure is also reduced and the boiling point drops. See our demonstration

You will need a vacuum pump, a bell jar, water and a thermometer.

If you replicate this experiment please make sure a responsible adult is present.
