I want to share this with you because I caught some beautiful views that some many don't get to see so easily, so here it is and enjoy!
The flight departs Wellington while climbing out and circling over Eastbourne before heading south for Queenstown. On the approach to Queenstown, we got some views of Wanaka and the lake before flying over the Cardrona Range and descending into the airport. The captain banked sharply over Lake Hayes Estate before lining up to touch down on rwy 23.
