The main cast features Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon, Upright, The Gloaming) starring as the titular Supergirl (Kara Zor-El), alongside Jason Momoa (Aquaman, Game of Thrones, Dune) who takes on the role of Lobo. The cast is rounded out by Matthias Schoenaerts (The Old Guard, Rust and Bone, The Danish Girl) as the villain Krem of the Yellow Hills, and newcomer Eve Ridley (3 Body Problem, Casualty, The Witcher) as Ruthye Marye Knoll.
