Ingredients
200 gram pork fillet
1 glass of white wine
1 glass of water
1 glass heavy cream
Mustard
Bay leaf
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Green pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the pork fillet in 2 pieces and beat them with a kitchen hammer.
2.Fry the fillets in a pan with some olive oil. Add salt, black pepper and green pepper.
3.Add 1 glass of white wine, 1 glass of water and mustard.
4.Cook for a few minutes and add heavy cream.
5.Serve them in a plate, decorating with bay leaf.
