Skull Merchant is getting some nerfs & buffs in the 9.3.0 PTB. This video will cover all of the potential upcoming changes in the 9.3.0 update.
9.3.0 Changes
0:00 - 0:15 Drone Rotation Speed
0:16 - 0:24 Hindrance Buffed
0:25 - 0:34 Drone Cool-Down Timer Decreased
0:35 - 0:42 Undetectable Cool-Down Nerfed
0:43 - 0:54 Fast Vault Immunity Removed
0:55 - 1:13 Drone Now Scans Survivor Underneath Drone
1:14 - 1:31 Skull Merchant Drones No Longer Fully Detects Merchant
