The Back Bump
From a deep squat position, tuck your chin TIGHTLY into your chest, explode your hips open violently, kicking you feet off the ground, and slamming your back into the mat. Your entire back from hips to shoulders and your entire arms from triceps to palms should land at the exact same time to distribute the impact.
