This is Alexandra Hospital's own tribute to Sg Nurses and also our own Alex nurses. Composed by the child of AH's healthcare administrator with lyrics written and sung by Staff Nurse Adreanne Montero, who has been a nurse with AH for more than 3 years, it portrays the strength, courage, loss and hope of nurses in AH, Singapore and the world over.
Adreanne misses her own family back in Batangas City near Manila, where she had been practising for more than 5 years in critical care and post-stroke wards. She comes from a family of healthcare workers including sister, aunt and uncle. Singapore is now second home where she receives support and love from the extended family right here in AH.
We Alexians stand as ONE to help and support each other in this family.
