Today I am making the recipe for Hot Cheeto Homemade Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (Air Fried)

Ingredients:

-Block of Mozzarella cheese or The Plain Mozzarella cheese sticks
-Flour
-XXtra Flamin Hot Cheetos
-Flamin Hot Puffs
-1 or 2 eggs
-Milk (Optional)
-Marinara Sauce (Optional)
-Ranch Optional

Directions:

PREP WORK:
-CUT block of Mozzarella cheese into desired shapes or sizes
-PLACE the cheese sticks into a ziplock bag and FREEZE for 30 mins.
-POUR flour into a bowl
-CRACK 1 or 2 eggs into a bowl
-ADD a bit of milk to eggs
-WHISK eggs until fully mixed
-CRUSH up chips into crumbs

PREPERATION:
-DIP your cheese into the flour for a light coating
-SHAKE off excess flour
-DREDGE flour covered cheese into the egg batter
-REMOVE excess egg using the edge of the bowl
-DIP the egg covered cheese into the chip crumbs
-DIP cheese stick back into egg batter and wipe off excess
-DREDGE cheese stick into the chip crumbs and cover completely.
-REPEAT above steps until all your cheese sticks are done
-FREEZE cheese sticks for a minimum of 2 hours up to overnight once they are finished being breaded
-(Optional) PREHEAT air fryer at 380 degrees for 3 minutes
-PLACE cheese sticks in the air fryer pan in a single layer
-SPRAY the tops of the pickles with non stick spray
-SET air fryer to 370 degrees for 10 minutes
-FLIP cheese sticks halfway through cooking time
-REMOVE cheese sticks from air fryer and plate
-ENJOY!!
