5 rounds:
10 strict toes to bar (or scale as shown)
20 hollow rocks
20 arch raises + 3s hold
20 supine side to side leg raises + 10 leg raises
Perfect as a finisher to your main workout.
Scale the movements as appropriate, and/or reduce the rounds down to 2, 3 or 4 if you need to.
We will be posting one core workout per week, but by all means repeat up to 2 or 3 times during the week.
