Building a 4 Foot 3D printed Ride Tower | Demon Drop Model Part 1

Описание: Demon Drop is a free fall tower located once at Cedar Point and now at Dorney Park. I am creating a 1/33 functional model of the ride. In this video I show how I designed the ride, how I determined the dimensions of my model, and how I was able to 3D print a four foot tower. Stay tuned for more as in the next video I'll show the mechanics of the ride and start dropping ride vehicles!

This model is still a work in progress so some parts may not be finalized quite yet. only the structural components of the tower were assembled in this video. Cosmetic parts like the stairs and the logo will be added later.
