Описание: Following closure in October 1991, residual coal was still being brought out from the site of Coventry (Keresley) Colliery for distribution around the country. In January 1992, one such trip was recorded pushing it's train out onto the main line before heading away northwards to its destination in Lancashire. The colliery site was later sold and redeveloped into 'Prologis Park' and despite retention of the former branch line, it sadly saw little traffic into the millennium and beyond with road transportation becoming the favoured choice. This decision, despite promises from the developers, lead to a significant increase in heavy lorries with scant regard being given to environmental concerns and increased road congestion.
