Many organisations are taking wellbeing more seriously than ever before, including yours - but are you taking action in the right way?
Individual wellbeing is of course an individual responsibility, but what about the organisational and environmental structures which limit people’s ability to take that responsibility effectively?
As leaders, can we really rely on individual-level interventions or should we be looking at systemic responses instead?
I’ll be answering the following questions:
🗣️ What are the i-frame and the s-frame, and how are they relevant to workplace wellbeing initiatives?
🗣️ Why do organisations lean towards individual solutions as opposed to their systemic counterparts?
🗣️ How can leaders use these concepts to have the greatest impact on wellbeing within their organisations?
