이번에는 전자레인지로 간편하게 미니 스모어쿠키를 만들어보았어요🥰
한입 사이즈로 작아서 먹기도 편했고, 정말 부드럽고 달콤한 맛이었어요👍


[재료_Ingredients]

약 56개 분량｜About 56 cookies

박력분 Cake flour
150g / 종이컵 1컵 + 반 컵
무염버터 Unsalted butter
70g
설탕 Sugar
80g / 종이컵 2/3컵
달걀 Egg
1개 (51g)
코코아파우더 Cocoa powder
10g
마시멜로우 Marshmallow
오레오, 로투스 등 과자 Oreo, Lotus, etc.
바닐라 익스트랙 Vanilla extract
몇 방울 (생략가능)


버터과 달걀은 너무 차갑지 않도록 미리 상온에 30분~1시간 정도 꺼내두었다가 사용해주세요.
Put the butter and eggs out at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before use so that they are not too cold.


[레시피_Recipe]

1. 차갑지 않은 버터를 저어주어 크림처럼 풀어주세요.
2. 설탕을 넣고 섞어주세요.
3. 달걀 1개와 바닐라익스트랙 몇 방울을 넣고 섞어주세요. (바닐라익스트랙 생략가능)
4. 박력분과 코코아파우더를 체에 쳐서 넣어주세요.
5. 자르듯이 섞으며 반죽해주세요.
6. 1시간 정도 냉장휴지 해 주세요.
7. 냉장휴지 후, 반죽을 약 6g씩 떼어내어 가운데를 살짝 눌러 모양을 만들어주세요.
8. 전자레인지에 30초 돌려주신 후, 5분 이상 열기를 식혀주시고 다시 15초 돌려주세요.
9. 쿠키가 아직 말랑할 때 마시멜로우를 위에 올려주시고, 열기가 식은 뒤 다시 15초 정도 돌려주세요.
(알맞게 구워지는데 필요한 시간은 기기에 따라 다를 수 있으니 저희 레시피는 참고만 해주시고 쿠키의 구워짐 정도에 따라 조절해주세요😊)
10. 마시멜로우 위에 오레오, 로투스 등 과자를 꽂아주시면 미니 스모어쿠키 완성!


1. Stir in the uncold butter to make it creamy.
2. Add sugar and mix.
3. Add 1 egg and a few drops of vanilla extract and mix. (Vanilla extract can be omitted)
4. Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder and add them.
5. Mix and knead as if cutting.
6. Refrigerate for about an hour.
7. After refrigerating, take out about 6g of dough and gently press the center to make a shape.
8. After bake it microwave for 30 seconds, cool it down for more than 5 minutes and bake it again 15 seconds.
9. When the cookies are still soft, put the marshmallows on top, and bake it for about 15 seconds after the heat cools down.
(The time required to bake properly may vary depending on the device, so please refer to our recipe and adjust it according to the degree of baking of the cookie😊)
10. If you put Oreo, Lotus, etc. on top of the marshmallow, mini s'mores cookies are complete!
