This is a hand set for Qinna ( Joint Locking) and Anti-Qinna (counter the joint lock) as taught by GGM Wu Xuan ( now retired in Tomar, Portugal). The sequence as a large set of joint locks and ways to counter those locks.
This is the first set (of six) totally around joint-locks. The scope of this set is mainly wrist locks with some leg and neck locks.
The remaining 5 sets are only for (nei men) indoor students
