➡️ Section 30:
If a suit, appeal or application became time-barred only because of the new limitation period under the 1963 Act, it could still be filed within 7 years from the commencement of the new Act (i.e., 1st January 1964), unless it was already barred under the old Act.
➡️ Section 31:
This section simply repeals the Limitation Act of 1908 and officially replaces it with the Limitation Act, 1963.
