Things of note:
1. You need 3/4 Umbral Lance Eternal minimum to achieve the cooldown reduction to spam it
2. Shroud of Night attack speed eternals affix is big DPS increase
3. For permanent 4 Urge uptime, also use 1/4 spear flurry to proc the set
Why Shadows Edge over Ravage - Hanging Chalice ricochet "hits" count as primary hits for the umbral lance eternal, giving it 3x the cooldown reduction
Why Evil Thoughts shoulders vs. new Hunter's Whirl? - Hunter's whirl doesn't work with umbral lance eternals and is hard capped at 1.6s cooldown every 6 seconds. With 4/4 Umbral lance and Evil Thoughts, you can achieve 1.2s cooldown reduction for every auto attack, which makes you reset Umbral Lance cooldown approx once every second
