Hello Parents! Need some simple activities to boost your child’s back and shoulder strength for better posture? This video features three simple Pulling Activities, which are fundamental to developing robust Developmental Foundation strength.
Pulling exercise is crucial for shoulder stability and back muscle engagement—skills needed for pushing, carrying, and climbing!

To make sure she feels super secure, we are initiating a Confidence Booster Round! ✨ That means repeating every activity she hasn't fully aced. We are preparing her for the bigger challenges awaiting at ages 4, 5, and 6! You got this! 💪
