BIG NEWS: DOJ Sues D.C. Over Its Assault Weapon Ban

Описание: THIS IS ACTUALLY BIG NEWS: Hope you realize that we don't say that often, but yes, DOJ has sued DC over its unconstitutional permitting scheme which results in an unconstitutional assault weapon ban. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes over the newly filed complaint in the matter of United States v. District of Columbia, a suit filed under Federal law alleging that DC has engaged in a pattern of conduct which deprives its citizens of their Constitutonally guaranteed rights.
