For the young survivors of Typhoon Haiyan, they have a lot of things they want to say. By listening to young voices we can build a better world for all.
A few months after the typhoon, Plan International went around Leyte and Eastern Samar, provinces in the Philippines' eastern seaboard heavily devastated by Haiyan, to engage 280 kids and teens for The Youth Reporter Project.
Using handy video cameras and working in small groups with their friends, they were able to comfortably share and process their thoughts and experiences - not only about the typhoon forever changing their lives, but also of how they plan to take charge of their future.
