Transliteration
Ya imãma’r-rusli ya sanadi, anta babu’Llahi mu tamadi
Fa bidunyaya wa akhirati, ya Rasula’Lldhi khudh biyadi
Qasaman bi’n-najmi hina hawd, ma’l-mu'afa wa’s-saqimu sawa
Fakhla'i’l-kawnayni ‘anka siwa, hubbi mawla’l-'urbi wa’l-'ajami
Sayyidu’s-sadati min Mudari, ghawthu ahli’l-badwi wa’l-hadari
Sahibu’l-ayati wa’s-suwari, manba u’l-ahkami wa’l-hikami
Qamarun tabat sariratuhu, wa sajayahu wa siratuhu
Safwatu’l-bari wa khiratuhu, ‘adlu ahli'l-hilli wa’l-harami
Mara’at 'aynun wa laysa tara, mithla Taha fi’l-wara bashara
Khayru man fawqa’th-thara athara, tahiru’l-akhlaqi wa’sh-shiyami

Translation
O Leader of all Messengers, my firm support, you are the gateway to Allah and my reliance
In both my life and my hereafter, O Messenger of Allah, [please] take my hand
I swear by the star when it descends, the healthy and the sick are not alike
So renounce both worlds completely, aside from love for the master of the Arabs and non-Arabs
The master of masters from Mudar, the saviour of the rural and city dwellers alike
The emissary of the verses and chapters [of the Holy Qur’an], the wellspring of all rulings and wisdom
A full moon [in luminosity], his innermost secret was delightful, as were his qualities and conduct
The Creator’s Elect and Chosen One, a just arbitrator [between] people of resolve and wrongdoing
No eye has seen or ever will see a human like Taha in all of creation
[He is] the best of those who left traces upon the earth, pure in both noble character and disposition
