Finally got around to filming AX631, the last Halpenny's decker i needed to film. As you can hear, the ZF and retarder are lovely on this, reminding me alot of the 00 AVs. It's a shame the remaining AX630's in Broadstone are not in as good condition as this, this was also the best footage I could get as I got plaqued with noisy, annoying passengers on both runs I did on this, the joys of having transport as a hobby 😅. AX631 was new to Summerhill and spent its entire working life there until withdrawal, spending alot of it's time on the 16 and 41 services equipped with luggage racks. It now rest asides with Halpenny Travel in Dundalk, Co. Louth with AV374, AX452 & AX628. This bus was serving Route 917 to Muirhevnamor.
