Gorgonzola 80 g
Mozzarella 100 g
Parmigiano q.b
Pane grattugiato q.b
Sale q.b
Per la Besciamella:
Farina 30 g
Burro 30 g
Latte 270 g
In forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per 15 minuti circa
Ingredients:
Fennel 3

Parmesan to taste
Grated bread to taste
Salt to taste
For the bechamel:
Flour 30 g
Butter 30 g
Milk 270 g
