Описание: In an attempt to check my Western bias, and understand Muslims better, I read Firas Alkhateeb's Lost Islamic History. Although somewhat sanitized, I was very glad I read this book. I felt extremely out of my depth. How does one distill nearly fourteen centuries of history onto less than three hundred pages?
