Fallout 4: Huge Spectacle Island Settlement (no mods)

Описание: I proudly present my Spectacle Island Settlement. I have been building this for the past half a year and I have come to the point that the settlement is rather full. The only thing I want to do now is gather more settlers. The settlement is about 4-5 times the permitted size and gets attacked frequently (mainly due to the encaged animals/raiders/gunners). Every settler is equipped with a ballistic weave mkV piece of clothing and an upgraded Assault Rifle/Gauss Rifle/Minigun/Gatling Laser.
The settlement stats are as follows:

People: 36, Food: 54, Water: 412, Power: 540, Defense: 274, Beds: 51, Happiness: 83

I watched a lot of Youtube settlement videos for inspiration and help with building techniques and glitches. Of all the channels I watched I often came back to the following three:
