In this video we are gonna learn how to make Turkish Orange Cookies. These cookies are a bit crumby but the inside is very soft. It's a cross between a cookie and a cake. In Turkey you can find these orange cookies in the bakery's. But you can easily make it at home with a few ingredients. You need orange juice, orange zest, flour, butter, sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, walnuts. I add a little bit turmeric powder in the dough 👌 that gives the nice yellow colour in it. Just give it a try. Enjoy ♥️
🍊420 gr. flour
🍊90 gr. sugar
🍊100 gr. butter
🍊90 ml. sunflower oil
🍊 Zest of an orange
🍊90 ml. orange juice ( 1 and a half orange)
🍊2 eggs
🍊sugar for coating
🍊 walnuts for coating
