Canning 101: Safe Food Preservation Basics
This short educational video introduces the fundamentals of safe home canning and food preservation. Viewers will learn how canning works, including how heat destroys harmful microorganisms, removes air from jars, and creates a vacuum seal that keeps food safe for storage.
