Описание: I've been practicing every day for a few weeks now, and that discipline is really paying off! It feels good to be physically able again and actually be able to be in my studio daily. There's also such a difference when I jam on non-work days; I have so much more energy, capacity, and capability! But the workday jams obviously help too, since I'm elevating my skills and honing my craft, even if the end product isn't anywhere near as good.
