This video is about 3 of the biggest struggles that I and my family face every day as the father of a child with Trisomy 13 (Patau Syndrome). This video was created to help people who are facing a trisomy (or other severe genetic condition) pregnancy to help them prepare for their new life. I am not a doctor. I am a parent.

The boy shown in this video is my son. His name is Elijah (nickname Lyly). He is 6 years old (almost 7) at the time of making this video, and has Full Trisomy 13 (Patau Syndrome). The videos and pictures shown are from various stages in his life, from the first day of his birth to the present day. The little girl in the video is my daughter Lily, who is 4 years old (almost 5).
