'The Lost Tapes' represents the first-ever full-length release from a man whose recognition is long overdue. The release collects previously unheard recordings created by Rodion Rosca and his band Rodion G.A. in Romania in the early 80s on an innovative recording set-up comprising Tesla reel-to-reels, cheap drum machines, multi-tracked live instruments, and early sampling. Taken as a whole, more than 30 years after their creation, they sound like absolutely nothing else.
