SRC did reply:
dispite what their website says, the skidplate is 4mm aluminum.
the black bars are "Mild Steel". The silver bars are "Stainless Steel" and, they were not very clear, but, I believe they meant both skid plates are aluminum, NOT stainless.
as of today (March 4, 2025) the Japanese seller is still listing black as stainless bars and stainless skidplate.
I have told SRC and the Japaneseseller, but, they haven't change it and are not doing anything about having sold the bars on false-pretences.

The skid plate has held up well after lots of hard hits rock crawling. The bars have lots of rust.
